- Follow the return process as instructed on the LB US website here.
- There are step by step instructions on their for the KOLs, should they wish to return items.
- Note: items can only be returned if they still have the tags on and if they are still within 30 days of receiving them.
- Once the KOL has made the shipping label and paid the $8 fee, you need to ask the Order Ref# from them.
- Share the Order Ref# with the customer ops team (in brand ops slack channel/grp) and ask that the $8 refund be processed to the influencer.
- Once they have acknowledged, let the influencer know and make sure to confirm with them once they have shipped out the package for return.
- Once this is all done, then you’re all good!
*Should they want items for exchange, make sure to confirm this first with Christine.
- If good to go, then you can either order the exchange items on the LB US website or through the WH sheet. (More often than not, it would be through the website)
- Make sure to keep note the total cost and upload it on the Brand Expense Tracker.
- Share the order ref # and tracking link with the influencer.
