1. Business Partner Creation Form

• First step is to ask the supplier/partner/influencer to fill up the Business Partner Creation Form.
• Fill it up accordingly with the needed details and information. They would need to upload documents on the form like bank proof.
• Important: Ensure that bank proof is showing the name of the account holder and the account number.
• For example:

• Once this has been filled up, check and confirm with finance team (Elina Yip or Jie Er) to process their form so that their name will appear under “Suppliers” in the E-Invoice Submission form.
