To aid in our planning, appreciate if you could let us know the intended post dates of your content pieces in the following format:
- Intended Post Date | Platform | Format
- e.g. Apr 12, 2024 | Instagram | Reel
Also, don’t forget to:
- Tag @lovebonitousa @lovebonito
- Use hashtags #LBOOTD #welovebonitoUS and #readytolive
DUPLICATE lookbook HQ shared and localize it by adding content brief + tags they have to include (slide 2 and 3 of this as an example)
Create email drafts and attach the relative Ambassador lookbooks accordingly i.e. Batch 1 or Batch 2 (so there are two outreach emails to KOLs)
- NEVER send the link to the lookbook, please download it and attach as a PDF.
- Also to attach content brief to the email
To share the email draft with @Diana Tran before sending the email, @Diana Tran will check/ edit.
When sending out emails via mailmerge, please make sure to filter to monthly seeding and based on what they’re assigned (under Batch) and attached the respective lookbooks.
Update the status in the status tracker and master tracker from HQ once the email has been sent
Once KOLs have sent in their orders, please reply to the BSTs to thank them and cc [email protected] so Claudine is in the loop of their orders.
