Just an analogy of how Bee’s work around 😅

What is LBee?

LBee is an Earn and Burn points method during checkout!.

Idea:

Earning logic : 1$ == 1 point ( when you spend 1000$ user will get 1000 points)

Burning logic : 10 Point == 1$ ( when you burn 1000 points it’s worth 100$)

Note: we can finalize the worth of points logic after discussing it with the team.

User journey:

User Amy has 900 points in her account: Now the user has 1000$ worth of items ready for checkout.

she is eligible for a 90$ discount on the bill that will be applied at the checkout. So her total bill is 910$ - after checkout, Amy will earn 910 points. This will be added to the Loyalty account.

Present points Logic:

Reference for points system:

HK: Earn 1 point for every HK $5 spent 

SG: Earn 1 point for every S$1 spent

MY: Earn 1 point for every RM3 spent

INTL: Earn 1 point for every US$1 spent

JP: Earn 1 point for every ¥100 spent

This approach works like a loop ( Earn - Burn - Earn).

user can buy goodies(Purse/bottles/physical items) just burn points in the checkout like how we buy products

In detail: users can see the physical goodies/rewards in the loyalty section(Similar to PLP with Points value), click on burn the points to add cart and checkout.
